PROCESS:Mould features The mould is made of Cr12MoV mould steel, vacuum heat treatment, Cr12MoV is quenched at 1200℃, and then tempered at 500℃, the hardness is controlled to 55-58HRC. The reliable source of material quality and heat treatment technology increase the service life of the mould and the number of times it is used. All are made with the latest technology, and the split design reduces the cost of mould replacement. The copper bar punching mould has passed the fatigue test, and can punch 5,000 holes continuously without failure, with a speed of 0.2min/hole. The minimum aperture is φ3.2 and the maximum aperture is φ35.
