Busbar processing machine has three processing units: punching shearing and bending.

quickly processed in different ways.
Such as punching (round and waist-shaped holes), shearing, bending flat, standing bending, embossing, flattening, twisting twist and pressing cable joints on copper and aluminium busbars with only the corresponding processing units.

1. The punching unit adopts a turret structure, and customers can choose four-position, six-position, or eight-position modes.
2. Shearing unit adopts universal double-knife shearing, with flat and burr-free cutting edge.
3.The bending unit adopts an integral structure and angle numerical control, which is easy to operate and has high precision.

Equipment operating specifications
Before Operation
① Ensure a safe working environment around the machine before operation.
② Do not operate the machine with scarves or clothes such as coats to avoid endangering personal safety.
③ Using the correct method to work, in order to stop and get rid of danger as soon as possible in the event of a malfunction.
④ Power requirements: three-phase four wire 380V ± L0%+PE, Support customization.
⑤ If the ambient temperature is below 10° C, the machine should be switched on and left to idle for 5 minutes before working.
⑥ Before operation, it is necessary to carefully read this user manual and thoroughly familiarize yourself with the
structural performance and operating methods of the machine.
⑦ 303 series need to be filled with No.46 anti-wear hydraulic oil 80KG, 503 and 803 series need to be filled with No.46 anti-wear hydraulic oil 100KG, please fill before starting the machine.
⑧ Alignment of the upper and lower dies of the punching tool to match the exact size and shape.
In operation
①Installation, commissioning (mould alignment, blade gap adjustment) or dismantling of the mould must be carried
out by personnel familiar with the machine and in accordance with the prescribed procedures.
② Do not put your hands or body parts between the upper and lower dies (blades) and the bending dies when the machine is working to avoid accidents.
③All debris and tools should not be placed on the workbench to avoid damage and accidents caused by rolling into
the mold or blade.
④As the machine can be operated by more than one person, one person must be in charge of directing production.
⑤Be sure to choose a good shear blade and die clearance and bending radius according to the thickness of the copper row (or aluminium row).
⑥Always stop the machine when changing moulds to avoid danger.
⑦When operating, care must be taken when the ram is moving downwards to avoid accidents.
⑧The sharpness of the blades and dies should be checked regularly. If the blades are found to be dull, they should be resharpened or replaced.
⑨Keep the fluid clean and the oil circuit clear, and refuel the moving parts of each unit every shift.
⑩Electrical and hydraulic components are fundamental to the proper operation of the equipment and if irregularities are detected, they should be immediately shut down for inspection to eliminate potential hazards.
After Operation
After Completing The Operation, Be Sure To Safely Shut Down The Machine In The Following Order
① Turn off the working buttons of each unit.
② Turn off the power switch on the operation panel.
③ Turn off the main circuit air switch.
④ Turn off the workshop power switch.
