How To Maintain The Punching Die Of CNC Bus Bar Bending Machine?

When the CNC busbar bending machine is turned on every day, foreign matter and metal debris on the machine tool and mold should be removed. Check whether the mold is installed firmly, whether the electrical switches, cables, and fasteners are normal and whether they are loose. Before machine maintenance or cleaning, the upper mold should be aligned with the lower mold and then shut down until the work is completed. If you need to start or perform other operations, select the manual mode and ensure safety. The factory store of the busbar machine industry summarizes the following maintenance contents as follows:


Hydraulic circuit

(1) Lubricate each point according to the lubrication requirements every day;

(2) Lubricate the ball screw and rolling guide every day after cleaning;

(3) Before working every day, wipe off the residue on the mold;

(4) Regularly clean the filter screen of the oil outlet filter;

(5) Regularly check the gas-liquid pump oil tank, replace it after one month of first use, and replace the oil every year according to the specific conditions, with the minimum oil temperature not lower than 10°C;

(6) Check the oil level of the oil tank every week. If the hydraulic system is repaired, it should also be checked. If the oil level is lower than the oil window, add hydraulic oil;

(7) Add YB-N46 hydraulic oil to the oil tank. It must be filtered more than five times with an oil filter below 10 mesh. The oil tank can be cleaned before refueling, and the depth is within the range of the oil tank scale.


Filter

(1) The filter should be replaced or thoroughly cleaned every time the oil is changed;

(2) The machine tool has related alarms or other filter abnormalities such as unclean oil, which should be replaced;

(3) The air filter on the fuel tank should be inspected and cleaned every 3 months, preferably 1 year.


Hydraulic components

(1) Clean hydraulic components (base plates, valves, motors, pumps, oil pipes, etc.) monthly to prevent dirt from entering the system, and cleaning agents cannot be used;

(2) After using the new machine for one month, check whether there is any deformation in the bends of the oil pipes. If there is any abnormality, they should be replaced. After two months of use, all fittings should be tightened. The system should be shut down during this work. No pressure.


Lubrication part

Check the lubrication of guide rails, bearings, screw rods, chains and all moving and transmission parts to ensure that they are clean, rust-free and sufficiently lubricated (replace the lubricating oil if necessary). Check and unblock the fueling nozzle and pipeline to ensure that they are working properly.


Mechanical part

Check whether the movement of each transmission part is normal and the wear condition, and the bolt tightening condition of each key part.


Electrical parts

Turn off the power, clean the electrical cabinet, wipe the surface of the motor, arrange the wires in the cabinet, and make the wiring ducts neat and beautiful. There is no debris in the cabinet, remove the dust in the cabinet, check the working status of the exhaust fan and the motor fan to ensure that they are working well. Replace damaged switches, buttons, indicators, and meters.


Machine surface

Scrub the outer surface of the machine and check the various safety devices of the equipment to ensure that it is effective and has no defects.
