How To Handle The Contact Surface Of The Busbar Processing Machine

The surface oxide film, pores, or protrusions should be removed to make the contact surface smooth and rough. The treatment method can be to use a rough and uneven surface of the busbar, and then use a wire brush to brush it.
First, apply a layer of Vaseline oil (because the aluminum surface is easy to oxidize, it is necessary to separate the bus surface from the air with Vaseline oil), and then brush with a wire brush. Finally, wipe off the dirty Vaseline, and then apply a thin layer of new Vaseline oil and sticker on the contact surface for protection.
Do not use sandpaper to polish the contact surface of the aluminum busbar to prevent glass shavings or sand from falling into the metal and increasing contact resistance. The contact surface of copper or steel busbars should be coated with a layer of tin. The tin layer is damaged due to the flat contact surface and should be re coated. The method of enamel is to melt the solder into a solder pot, wipe the enamel part of the busbar flat and float, slowly add rosin or solder oil, and place it on the pot. Then pour in molten tin multiple times.
When the busbar end is not stuck with tin, the end can be directly immersed in the solder pot and the excess part can be wiped with a cloth. The thickness of the tin coating is approximately 0.1-0.15mm. The melting point of solder is between 183-235 degrees, which is generally judged by its color, that is, when the solder melted in the pot is Baby blue, tin lining can be started.
