1. Cutting of copper bars: blanking according to the specifications of the copper bar processing machine; before blanking, use a caliper to measure the width and thickness of the copper bars. 2. Scribing of the copper busbar: When scribing, you should scribe reasonably according to the position of the hole to reduce unnecessary lines; pay attention to the strength of your hands to make the surface of the copper busbar free of scratches; see clearly the size marked on the drawing, Aperture size.


3. Drilling of copper bars: When drilling holes, you should see the size of the aperture of the copper bars, and use a drill of the corresponding size to drill; the copper bars should be placed neatly after drilling; the operators should not when drilling. Wear gloves and keep a certain distance between your hands and the drill bit to ensure your own safety.


4. Copper row tapping: When the copper row of the copper row processing machine needs to be tapped, it is necessary to determine whether the diameter of the bottom hole meets the requirements, and then select the corresponding tap for tapping.


5. Copper bar bending: the copper bar should be selected according to different thicknesses of corresponding molds; after adjusting the mold, be sure to use waste test knives to avoid defective products; bending operators should do self-inspection after folding. . After confirming that it is qualified, the inspector will do the inspection again.


6. Pressure riveting: The specifications of the pressure riveting inserts of the copper row processing machine and the surface of the copper row are required; select the appropriate pressure on the pressure riveting machine to avoid excessive pressure and crush the copper row; pressure riveting machine or copper The surface of the row needs to be protected to avoid scratching and crushing the copper row.


7. Copper bar inspection: The first product produced in each process must be self-inspected and then submitted to quality control for first-piece inspection. Mass production can only be carried out after the first-piece inspection is qualified. If the first product is not qualified, it should be stopped immediately. After the problem is solved , After the product is qualified, the next process can be carried out; after the bending, the inspector should inspect the bending size, angle, and bending direction of the copper bar, and after confirming that there is no problem, the outsourcing can be carried out.


8. Copper row processing machine production self-inspection items: blanking size, marking position, drilling diameter and hole position size, tapping specifications, round hole & waist round hole specifications. Meet the specification requirements, the bottom hole of the wire tap meets the fourth requirement of this code; the specifications of the pressure riveting inserts and the pressure riveting direction, the bending size and direction. There should be no orange peel-like cracks in the position of the outer corner of the bending; the copper bar is a long conductor with a rectangular or chamfered rectangular cross-section, which acts as a current transmission and connecting electrical equipment in the circuit.
