This equipment is a full servo automatic busbar machine equipped with four servo motors, three working units: punching XY axis automatic servo stopper, shearing automatic servo stopper, bending automatic servo stopper, and three touch screens. The servo motor has high-precision and precise control of the movement of each unit to ensure processing accuracy and efficiency; the touch screen is used for parameter setting and intuitive and convenient operation.
In terms of working units, the punching unit accurately controls the hole position, depth and speed, the bending unit can flexibly adjust the angle and radius to achieve bending in various shapes; the shearing unit accurately controls the shearing length to ensure the accuracy of the busbar size.
