The punching station is controlled by servo motors and PLC, which controls the punching coordinates XY axis to achieve continuous positioning and punching of porous workpieces

(2) Set multiple templates: 1 hole, 2 holes, 4 holes, etc., apply templates directly, simple and efficient.

The cutting station adopts servo motor and PLC control, which automatically cuts and blocks materials, making it convenient and efficient.

(1) Set to cut multiple pieces of the same length
(2) Setting different lengths allows for cutting multiple pieces and single pieces of different lengths.

Ⅲ,Automatic positioning and bending settings

The bending station is controlled by a servo motor to adjust the bending length and automatically locate the material blocking position, enabling one program to locate multiple angles and bending positions.
(1) After the device reset is complete, select the mold and then enter the mold to view the parameter table.
(2) Select the type of L based on the selected mold, and the bending mold 1/2/3 corresponds to R3/R5/R10.
(3) A. Then select the thickness of the copper bar to be processed (H1);
B. Bend angle, fill in the angle values in order after bending several times;
C. Fill in the length and distance of the blocking material according to the processing needs.
D. Finally, click confirm. (OK)
(4) Press the foot switch to start working.
(5) Copper processing is completed.
